Just may need to manually move them to specific parts of the map. Explorer mode should help them see previously explored areas (without any vision of NPCs) and if you view the dynamic lighting layer you can remove any doors etc so they can maintain line of sight. As long as you drop them inside each floor then they should only see what they can see. I believe this should be okay if you are using the updated dynamic lighting and your characters have vision. They tried reloading the page, and I tried turning on and off dynamic lighting and switching their page. They are using different browsers and have both tried disabling ad-block and changing browsers. How do I solve this problem? Do I have to put in my own light sources? No expert but. Two of my players who are on the same internet connection cannot see dynamic lighting at all. This is problem for, eg, Curse of Strahd Death House, because if I set Daylight Mode then they can see everything- all the floors! And I have rogues and such in my party that can see in dim light.
